How to stop smoking quickly and easily
I'm sure you already know that smoking is bad for you, so I'm not going to go into detail about all the things that smoking can lead to. I'm sure you know about cancer, heart disease, impotence and all the other possible side effects of smoking.If knowing about all the bad points was enough, then you would have stopped already.
So why haven't you stopped yet?
Perhaps you've tried will power, nicotine patches, gum, books, maybe even traditional hypnosis.
So why didn't you stop?
Is it because nicotine is so addictive?
Or because the habit is so hard to break?
Perhaps you managed to quit smoking for a short time & then started again.
Maybe you just didn't really want to stop smoking, you just thought you 'should' or
someone else thought you should.
