You get stressed. And so it goes round & round...
Until eventually you get so stressed that you explode
End up suffering from high blood pressure, back pain, headaches and so on...
Or you go the other way & implode, never releasing the pressure & end up
suffering with anxiety, worrying about everything, feeling panicky...

So what can you do about it? I mean, life can be stressful.
Well, you could take up drinking, smoking or various other means of temporary relief
Or you could go live up a mountain, meditating on the meaning of life...


Ok, you can't change the universe & stop things happening
However, you can change the way you feel & the way you respond to situations.
